At Baythak, we're shaking things up. The Baythak, Culture and assortment Team propelled the #LocalPakistan technique in 2019. Our main goal is to control constructive change by encouraging respectful conversations, creating deeper human connections and rousing various communications among individuals & gatherings over our association.

We’re more alike than we think. But, we’re also pretty complex. We come from families and communities with varied interests, viewpoints, and backgrounds which all weave together to make us, us.

We’re dedicated to making Bythak a safe place for free expression.

Free expression is a human right. Everyone has a voice, and the right to use it. On Baythak, you should feel safe expressing your unique point of view with every Post – and it’s our job to make that happen.

But sometimes Posts & Comments can cross a line and are abusive or threatening. To keep you safe, we build tools so you can control what you see and who you interact with; work with a community of online safety experts to fight abuse everywhere; and develop and enforce policies to prohibit abusive behavior.

Our Principles

On Baythak, you should feel safe expressing your unique point of view with every Post. We want everyone to discover a wide variety of voices and perspectives, and for that reason we allow strong opinions and controversial views. So it’s our job to make your experience as safe as we can. But if you do experience abuse or harassment on Baythak, that can jeopardize your freedom of expression. We won’t let Baythak be a place where you are intimidated, harassed, or silenced.

What we're doing

We want to ensure that people's experience on Baythak is safe, secure, and informative. And while our open and real-time environment is a powerful antidote to the intentional spread of false information, we’re also taking proactive steps to stop abuse, spam, and manipulation before they happen.

The fight against malicious activity and abuse goes beyond any single event — it’s ongoing. Enhancing our safety policies, developing better tools and resources for finding and stopping abuse, and taking extensive action against activity that violates the Baythak's Rules is just some of what we do every day.

We work alongside researchers, experts and regulators country wide, all while investing in our proactive detection and enforcement efforts on the platform. We also stay in touch with state officials to be sure they know how to report suspicious activity, abuse, and rule violations to us. Key stakeholders also have channels to directly escalate any issues or concerns.
